Paid shoots
I am generally available on weekends but may accept bookings on a weeknight subject to availability.

Rates

Basic shoot: $50.00 per hour + costs*

*Any and all related costs (i.e., lighting equipment rental or a studio, purchase a permit, or to hire an assistant or model, transportation, etc.) that may result from the shoot will be paid for by the customer in addition to my basic rate.

Weddings: Please contact me to discuss your needs and to request an estimate.

Digital photographs will be provided in JPEG format on a DVD, if RAW images are required you must notify me prior to the shoot. I do not provide prints. I can perform light post-processing on a selection of photographs if required, however for an additional fee. For shoots outside of the Vancouver/North Shore area, reimbursement of fuel or tranportation or accomodation costs (if relevant) will be required.

 Free TF photoshoots
For models seeking to build a portfolio, I will shoot TF subject to availability and the following conditions:

1. I feel you will benefit my own portfolio.
2. Clothing, make-up and concept are agreed before the shoot.
3. You are punctual.
4. Our interests coincide and we want to create the same types of images, OR
5. You are willing to compromise and we shoot some of what you want and some of what I want.
6. You must sign a model release. 

Escorts are acceptable but will be expected to wait off-set, with the exception of parents/guardians of young children who will be expected to remain on set.

• Any photographs I take may be displayed publically offline or online, in my portfolio on this website or other websites, or elsewhere in any medium to promote my work or entered into competition.

What to expect

Expect a basic shoot to last between 1 to 2 hours. I will take many photographs but only the best 10 will be selected for the processing in JPEG format. (Due to the time required to process the photographs, it is not possible to process all of the shots). I will strive to provide the photos within 2 weeks of the shoot, subject to my schedule.

Legal Information

I retain the Copyright for all images, and all Rights are Reserved. For paid shoots, transfer of copyright is negotiable.  For trade (TF) shoots or my personal projects I will not relinquish or transfer the copyright to participating models or other collaborators.  I will issue a non-exclusive license to the model to use the images for personal or self-promotional use if required. The images may not be sold or used for profit. The images may not be edited without my prior consent. Models may be requested to sign a model's release before the photographs will be provided.

The above conditions are subject to change, however the conditions in place at the time of the photoshoot will prevail.

MINORS must have the consent of a parent. Effective 16 August 2011, this must be in writing and signed by an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
